The Malaysian Smart Factory (MSF) 4.0 program @ SHRDC offers smart factory competency training through hands-on and online/remote learning approaches, ideal for relevant skillset and talent development towards an Industry 4.0 ready workforce in Malaysia.


The program provides a hands-on approach technical training towards configuration and set up of the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) platform and develop RPA use cases for automating day to day operations, processes, and tasks. RPA is widely used in various industry sectors to automate rule-
based tasks. This program provides hands-on technical exposure on the various possibilities for the user to automate their day to day tasks through RPA which would lead to availability of resources to
support and manage more productive tasks within their organization and potentially increase an
employee’s productivity and efficiency.

Who Should Attend
  • Participants that are interested to automate tasks/processes on a computer, interested to
    learn some fundamentals of coding, understands logic of sequential events (like a workflow).
